Toddler Takeover

Weekdays  |  September 21 – October 2, 2026

The big kids are back in school… so it’s time for a Toddler Takeover!

For two special weeks this fall, DuPage Children’s Museum is all about your littlest learners. With fewer big kids around, it’s the perfect time to explore toddler-friendly activities in a space designed to meet young children right where they are—curious, busy, and ready to move.

If you’re looking for things to do with toddlers near Naperville or indoor toddler activities in the Chicagoland area, this is the perfect time to visit.

Join us for extra sensory drop-ins, music and movement activities, engaging story times, and toddler-friendly art experiences in the Studio. Little hands can dig for dinos, squish and create with play dough, design their own sticker to wear and take home, and explore train tables built for hands-on play.

Weekday Extras:
  • DCM Express Train Pop-Up
  • Dig for Dinos
  • Clay Play
  • Make & Take Stickers
